Now, its done it again and still says this error even after using keygen again and can’t get past this issue.
Here’s the solution:
First:
start ElsaWin administration
login:admin/admin
Click to File on the left in the first line then code then code query or somthing like that. (I’m using the hungarian vers.)
On the pop-up window will be a provisional code. The final code block is empty!
Use the keygen how when you installed the program at first time.
The new final code paste to the empty block.
Don’t close the administration panel!
Start ElsaWin main program and will work.
Not fixed the problem but Elsa will work for ….

For those running Windows 10 (32bit) and Elsawin 5.20, have a try with the solution if possible. Maybe it works also. Good luck!!!
How to setup Elsawin software on Windows 10?
ElsaWin 4.0 and 4.1 update should not have any problems installing first regardless, but most of the problems exist in the Elsawin 5.0 update when the SQL 2008 is installed. Windows 10 will give warning that the SQL 2008 may not be compatible, but it won’t stop the installation if everything is update correctly.

The files must selected one at a time for downloading. If you try and select more than one to file to download you will get an error message. You can download more than one file at a time but they must be selected singularly.
Each file must be fully download. Files 1 to 5 must be 4,587,520 kbs and file 6 should be 3,446,286 kbs. The hard drive has to be NTFS and have 112 gbs of free space for the extraction of the downloaded files.
If all the files are not fully downloaded then the extraction will never work
2-UNZIPPING THE IMAGE FILE – EXTRACTION STAGE
Only use 7zip for the extraction, do not use WinZip or WinRAR. 7Zip can be download from here, choose 32bit or 64bit depending on the Windows version you have.

To extract the files right click on the 001 file and select “Extract here” or “extract to”, do not select all the files.
Do not try and extract any of the other files. If you try and extract any of the other files you will get an error message, as these files are not meant to be extracted. Just extract the 001 file.
Now wait until the files are extracted automatically, you do not need to extract each file individually. This process may take an hour or longer, depending on the speed of your PC. If the extraction will not work contact me and I will explain what has gone wrong.
If you see an error message while trying to extract the download files downloading the 001 file again will not fix the problem, as the problem is with one of the other files.
If you have a problem extracting the files, reply to this message with a screen grab of the Windows folder that contains all the downloaded files, making sure that file extensions and file sizes are shown. Do not send any pictures via eBay as they will be unreadable.

3-INSTALLING VIRTUALBOX AND SETTING UP AN IMAGE FILE.

You will now have a Window asking you to specify the amount of RAM. I would give it 50% ie you have 4GB give it 2 GB of ram, up to a maximum of 3gbs.
Click Next.
You have a Hard Drive Window Now. Choose 'Use an existing Virtual Hard Disk file'. Now click on the Folder on your right and choose the image file you rebuilt at the Extraction stage, destination folder
If you do not use the file created at the extraction stage then the virtual Windows will fail to boot
Click On Create. Now an entry 'Elsawin' will appear on your Left.
Now Click on the System Tab (right hand side) and then click on Processor. If you have 4 cores select 2 and enable PAE/NX and press OK. Now Double Click On the 'Elsawin' entry on the left to start the virtual machine
